Love for the Ryken Family

On January 5th, 2020 Ken Ryken suddenly passed away leaving behind his beautiful wife Jean, his children Lauren and Jackson, grandson Wesley not to mention countless other family and friends who are left heart broken. Ken’s passing marks the loss of a truly loving, kind, caring, hardworking and loyal man. Ken was the biggest champion of his family. He adored them beyond measure. He would be so proud of how his children have shown their devotion and love for Jean during this time.

Ken was also the definition of a leader in the Alameda County DA’s Office where he worked tirelessly as a prosecutor and later as the Finance Director.  In this capacity, his colleagues knew Ken was a man who worked day and night to support the vision of the office as well all his colleagues. 

Given his unexpected passing, donations will be used towards his celebration of life as wellas other costs to assist his family through this next challenging chapter.
