Love for Whitney H and her battle with lymphoma
Donation protected
On Tuesday, July 23, 2019, one of my most caring, genuine, hard-working, best friends, Whitney Hazlett was diagnosed with Non-Hodgkins Lymphoma. For those of you that don’t know, Non-Hodgkins Lymphoma is a form of cancer that starts in the lymphatic system.
On that Tuesday Whitney was having chest pains believing it was coming from an asthma attack, but when she made it to the doctor for a CT scan they found a four-inch tumor behind her sternum.
Just before being diagnosed with lymphoma Whitney graduated from the University of Kansas with a Psychology degree and was on the search for a full-time job. Now finding out that she has cancer she has decided to move back home with her family.
In the next few weeks, Whitney is going to start chemotherapy and that is why I have started this page. Whitney is one of the strongest people I know and continues to keep her chin up and a huge smile on her face. Having these kinds of expenses as a 22-year-old who just graduated from college is unthinkable.
Anything you can donate would be truly appreciated by Whitney and her family as they go through this difficult time. Everything we can do to help surround her with love and positivity is what is most important so she can focus on beating this. Please spread the word. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts and although this is for financial funding please keep Whitney and her family in her prayers.
Much love.
