Love Like Emma: Recovery & Healing for Emma Kate

Emma Kate Rinker - vibrant, beautiful, full of joy - with a capacity to love beyond measure. Her buoyant laugh can fill a room and her playful spirit is contagious.

Mom, wife, friend, daughter, sister, aunt - Emma gives her whole heart to her loved ones. And, Emma loves the Lord with all of her heart and soul.

On Saturday, November 6, our beautiful Emma suffered a stroke. Since that day there have been many ups & downs, a few scares & challenges, and also several small victories that have provided hope to her family. Emma is still in the hospital and while she faces many challenges in the coming months, she is already showing signs of healing and recovery.

Emma's journey toward healing has just begun and her family needs our support. From the hospital Emma will be transferred to a post-acute care facility that specializes in Neurological treatment. As you can imagine, this will be an expensive & long term recovery and insurance will only cover a portion of the cost. In addition there will be out of pocket medical expenses, travel expenses, and the day to day bills that still need to be paid.

This campaign is an opportunity to offer Emma's family respite from their financial worries while they focus on supporting Emma and being with her during her recovery,

Remember, the greatest gift we can offer to Emma, Jason, Steven, Aiden, and all of Emma's love ones is prayer. Please continue to hold them in prayer as they navigate this difficult journey.
