Love on Lucas

Hi, my name is Amanda. Today is Chris’s, my cousin’s, birthday and his beautiful son Lucas was just diagnosed with leukemia. He and his wife Danica also have a daughter Luna at home as well. At the end of the week their family will be moving to Memphis to take Lucas to St. Jude’s where he will receive the best care for an undetermined amount of time but at least 6 to 12 weeks-however long it takes to help Lucas become healthy and free of leukemia. However, during this time neither of them will be able to work. They have fur babies on medication as well. Chris and Danica will still need financial help to take care of their bills they owe here in Illinois for the time they are gone and any other expenses that arise while they are in Memphis. The love they have for their children is incredible and this is devastating for their family. I’m hoping there will be people who feel called to give and are financially able to give a monetary donation to help their family. As we know when we plant or sow a seed, we reap a harvest. This is their time in need. Every cent and dollar will be a blessing. And if you find you cannot financially give, please lift them up in prayers. Miracles happen every day.
