On Tuesday, February 2nd 2021, Chris DeLaRosa's life took an unexpected turn. She was going about her day as usual when she suddenly felt a strong headache and loss of feeling on the left side of her body. She took herself to the emergency room to find out she had experienced a stroke. And after a routine MRI, the doctors discovered a mass in her brain which was diagnosed as Grade 4 Glioblastoma, an aggressive form of brain cancer. The DeLaRosa family is now fully focused on doing whatever it takes to beat this thing!
Chris will be receiving radiation and chemo treatments following two successful surgeries; one that placed a shunt and another that removed a significant portion of the tumor.
Nicole, Anthony, Amanda, and Charlie will provide her with a healing, love-filled home base in Denver, Colorado for her out-patient treatment. They will be supporting her through rigorous physical therapy and holistic wellness. The DeLaRosas believe in the power of love and energy and want everyone to know that Chris feels and is grateful for every single prayer, good vibe, and ounce of healing love sent her way.
We graciously ask you to support Chris’ journey to healing and recovery. The funds raised will support them with the costs associated with medical bills, treatment, and recovery.
