Love & Support for the Chiakowsky Family

We are collectively grieving the loss of two very special members of our community. Heather Woolard-Chiakowsky and Presley Chiakowsky lost their lives as a result of a tragic car accident that occurred on April 4, 2023. We grieve with Jason, Greyson, and family as they face this unimaginable loss. Many in our community are asking how we can help and support the Chiakowsky family. My name is Dr. Kirk Campbell and I am a close friend of the Chiakowsky family. I have setup a GoFundMe account that will be sent to the Chiakowsky’s monthly as a way to show our love for the family as they take time to decide what kind of legacy they will chose to leave for Heather and Presley.
