Staci's Medical Fund
Donation protected
Hello!
I am helping our friend, Staci, raise funds for her medical bills. Staci is like a daughter/sister to us.
Staci is in her early 30's and has been sick for several years with complications due to her severe citrus allergy.
Think about that for a second. A citrus allergy. Imagine not being able to be near anything with lemon or limes..... Can't safely go into the vegetable section of a grocery store, or go out to eat without a concern of someone squeezing lemon close by. When something does occur, then her respiratory system reacts and Staci must be stabbed with an Epi-pen. This then sets off a chain reaction of constant asthma and pneumaonia
Staci's ammune system has weakened because of this and has had to have many small procedures to help her.
Staci works full time and rarely takes off. She has insurance. She tries very hard to take care of her affairs.
Her physicians are trying to schedule a major surgery that should help her entire respiratory problem. Hopefully this will work and a future lung transfusion may be off the table. That would be the ultimate goal. To get this current procedure so she can be healthy and not continue to have her lungs damaged.
Her current medical debt is approximately $20k. Her minimum before surgery is scheduled is$5k and the 20% her insurance won't pay is $36k. That is where the $61k comes from.
If You can provide anything , it would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance for your consideration.
