Love Cures Chloe

Chloe is a beautiful woman, inside and out.  She is the first to step up to the plate to help someone through a troubling time. She has been a hairdresser for over 25 years.  Her passion for hairdressing stems from her ability and drive to help women see their own beauty.  She is the “rock” in so many people’s lives, including her son, Alec. She is active and adventurous. She has a wealth of wonderful friendships.  She is an amazingly positive person, all while staying real and true; even through this incredibly difficult time.

On March 30th, the day of Chloe’s mother’s wake/the day before Chloe’s mother’s funeral, Chloe received the news that she was diagnosed with Stage 2, HER 2+ Breast Cancer. A few weeks later, Chloe’s younger sister, too, was diagnosed with Breast Cancer.  There is never a good time for Cancer to strike, but the timing couldn’t be worse for either of them.  Chloe’s mother had just passed away days before.

Chloe’s cancer is of an aggressive type.  The way this is being treated is to through chemotherapy, radiation and, lastly, a mastectomy.  Chloe completed her chemotherapy in August.  Now she will have her mastectomy and the first of her resconstruction.  This will take a series of surgeries. Followed by radiation, if necessary.

We are asking for help for Chloe.  She will be taking time off from work so she can recover from each surgery.  Additionally, although insurance is covering majority of the expenses, there will still be a large amount owed for her to pay for medical expenses.
