Dear friends and family.
We are reaching out to you today to help our dear loved ones through a very difficult time. My sister Marie Rutherford and her husband Terry Crawford have been given the worst news possible... Terry has been diagnosed with terminal stomach cancer. His prognosis is not good and, unfortunately, treatment is not an option. They were given this heart-wrenching news on May 2 after months of repeated doctors visits and medical tests. Due to his continued failing health prior to diagnosis and now with this diagnosis, he has not been able to work since February of this year. Terry has always been a hard working, loving, supportive and caring spouse to Marie. Marie is an extremely hard worker who is currently working full-time trying to meet their financial obligations but they have come to a point where they cannot face this financial burden alone anymore. Keep in mind, all the while, Marie is continually there to give help, support and ongoing care to Terry as his health continues to diminish.
I am sure most of you know or have known someone who has been through this type of situation and can understand not only the emotional stress and hardship it brings, but also the financial stress. As such we are reaching out to our and Terry’s friends and extended family for help. Any amount you can donate will be appreciated more than you know.
