#LoveForLadonna Let's Help Her Beat Cancer

Hi, my name is Toron, and I'm fundraising for a dear friend and sister, Ladonna Lynn Wallace Towns.

In October, Ladonna was diagnosed with breast cancer and recently tested positive for the Corona Virus.

In a word, Ladonna has been an angel. She has committed her life to the service of others. Her tireless spirit and dedication to her residents and co-workers are evident in her daily actions. Ladonna currently works in long-term care, where she provides customer service and hands-on care for the aged and disabled. She has also been a valued friend, advisor, and confidant to her many co-workers.

Whether visiting someone at the hospital to encourage or pray with them, introducing an individual to Christ, or being a listening ear, Ladonna maintains the same energy, which encompasses a positive, Christ-centered attitude with all she encounters.

Complicated by her recent COVID diagnosis, Ladonna could benefit from harvesting some of the fruit from the seeds she has planted. While she would never ask for it, Ladonna needs our help. She needs financial support to take the time required away from work to undergo chemotherapy and radiation. Chemotherapy and radiation weaken the immune system, as do stress and fatigue. In Ladonna's current role, she is consistently subjected to COVID exposures and often placed in stressful situations as a caregiver.

Ladonna is an essential worker who has served in long-term care for over ten years. She is a wife, a mother, a grandmother, and a great-grandmother. She is a minister of the gospel of Jesus Christ and a faithful servant of the Lord.

The funds will be utilized to enable Ladonna to meet her financial responsibilities while undergoing treatment and allowing herself time to heal. In this great country of ours, individuals should not be forced to choose between paying bills and getting well. Please join me in assisting this dear sister. Any amount will be a blessing.
