Matty Wambach's Recovery

Our dear friend Matty Wambach was brutally attacked the night of Saturday, August 8th while he was walking a few blocks from his apartment. Little is known of who his attackers were. He was found knocked out and alone on the street.

He was rushed to HCMC where he was treated for possible traumatic brain injury, orbital and sinus fractures and multiple severe lacerations to his forehead. Plastic surgery may be required to help repair the resulting physical scars as well as counseling to help heal the emotional trauma.


Matty received the best possible care in his time of need but the resulting financial impact will be very large.

Matty's endless love and generosity is felt by all who know him through his kind words and his ability to calm our worries through his amazing cooking.
