Stanley left for Ireland 15 years ago to find a job and provide for his family. Over the last years, he has put his whole heart into Marina Market to make everything work good and look good. If someone needed help, he always helped everyone around. He also served with his creativity, decorations and problem solving.

Two weeks ago he came to Poland to take part in the Cracovia Marathon. This has been his tradition for 20 years. He helped create the first marathons in Krakow and from the very beginning he competed in them, he did not miss any for 20 years, and he had completed every single one until this year.

Everything happened during the marathon. Stanley started with a good time and after 1 kilometer he fell. The ambulance paramedics took him to the hospital, it turned out that he had a cerebral hemorrhage, and soon after that he had another stroke in the hospital.

Doctors say it is a miracle that he survived. He was taken to a second hospital where he had neurosurgery. He was in a very bad condition. Currently, Stanley has paresis of the left limb and significant problems with functioning and memory. There are days when he doesn't recognize us at all. He currently requires rehabilitation and constant treatment.
