Loving the Arreys

As the Arrey family learns to continue without their dear father, they need your support!

It is amazing how quickly a family can become part of the community and carry such an influence on people's lives. In the children's schools, the parents' jobs, the tight-knit African community in Longview, and the body of Grace Creek Church - Valentine, Mirander, Emma, Comfort, and Lerato have blessed everyone with overwhelming love and joy! In less than two years since arriving in the United States, they are a beloved family to Longview.

Now is our opportunity to show them this love in return now that Valentine has reached the end of his race on earth and has been called home as a good and faithful servant. In this moment, Mirander and the kids need to depend on us as the community they were sent to join by the Lord.

This fundraiser will provide Mirander and the children with some time to grieve and process.

2 Corinthians 9:7-8 ESV

[7] Each one must give as he has decided in his heart, not reluctantly or under compulsion, for God loves a cheerful giver. [8] And God is able to make all grace abound to you, so that having all sufficiency in all things at all times, you may abound in every good work.
