We are Speak Your Mind, a men's mental health non-profit organization committed to fostering small male communities with a focus on connection with nature.

The current suicide rate is 80% male. We envision a world where men no longer isolate themselves, but see it as a sign of strength and wisdom to speak up and feel seen and empowered among their like-minded brothers.

We currently have groups in Arizona, California and Oregon and continue to expand as we strive to uplift our local communities, one man at a time!
