Hey everyone! As some of you may know, in January I started a group me called “LSU Girls Rides” that quickly became something so big and an amazing community. For those who don’t know, the group works to help girls on LSUs campus and surrounding areas to find safe rides home. A girl would text in the group me and say she needs help and we would find her help and a ride. We’ve helped countless girls in the short few months this has been operating. With LSU Gameday approaching.. we had the idea to get gameday buttons made to signify that the person wearing them was apart of the group and if another girl needed help that they could find a person with the buttons! With that being said, a lot of people have been asking how they can help our cause: The company we intend to purchase from is $3 per button, for 50 it would be $150 which is our small goal. We have about 800 girls in this group so more would be great! Once they are finished and ready to go, I plan on setting up a table in front of the Student Union for a day or two to give out these buttons free of charge. I’m asking for y'all's help to make this possible!
