Lt. Bermudez (Medical expenses)

Hi, My name is Samuel Bermudez and I am fundraising for my son Salvador Bermudez. In January of this year, my son was diagnosed with kidney failure. He is the sole provider in his household. He needs a kidney transplant. He will be out of work if and when he gets the surgery for his transplant and will incur medical expenses along with him not being able to work. Any help will be beneficial to him.
