Help us say good-bye to Cory Wik

On a rainy February 5th morning in 2015 we lost a man with a heart truly made of gold.  He is remembered as the humble person he was by many, who would give his last shirt off his back to anyone, even if he didn't like them. There truly was not an evil bone in his body, he just wasn't made that way. He supported so many in their time of weakness and helped them through their darkest moments. He also loved children and you could just see how badly he wanted one himself everytime he would visit our daughter. Always making her laugh, being silly. His smile is probably the thing I will miss the most about him because it was always so damn contagious. It is absolutely heart breaking that we will never get to experience each and every one of those wonderful traits again and how suddenly that can be taken from someone. He was a genuinely great guy who's golden heart must have been needed somewhere else. Wish they would have known we still needed it!

I have started this fundraiser to help Cory's family with the sudden expenses for his service, as well to get as many people to celebrate his life as we can. Many of the people's lives he touched have moved away and it would mean alot to them and to Cory to have as many as possible to say good-bye to our dear friend.
