Lucas Johnston Memorial Fund

It is with heavy hearts, we share the passing of Lucas Daryl Johnston. Luke was called home by his Heavenly Father on Wednesday, March 19th, 2025, after being diagnosed with Congestive Heart Failure in 2023. The love Luke had for his 7 year old son, Jacob Johnston, is what inspired and motivated Luke to fight so hard for the past two years as he battled his condition.

Luke lived for his son, and thrived to give back to his community through coaching little league baseball, on the same baseball fields where he established many long term friendships that were forged in his youth. Luke's captivating personality attracted many friendships through his laughter and his love.

Luke is survived by his mother Debbie Armstrong, his 7 year old son Jacob Dean Johnston, his grandfather Carol Deaton Jr., and his father Dale Johnston.

To many of us, Luke was more than a friend, or a "little brother", more than a son or even a coach, but to one seven year old boy - Luke was his entire world. So many of us are heartbroken by this loss, and while no words can ease the pain, we hope to bring some comfort and relief through this fundraiser. These funds will go directly toward:
