Lucas' Kenya Expedition

Hi I'm Lucas, I'm 13 years old and I'm planning on travelling to Kenya in July 2025 for a 4 week expedition with my school.

I will be involved in various sustainable projects in a range of locations, from projects supporting the local community to helping with environmental conservation. This could include tree planting, animal de-worming, making elephant deterrent fences and learning to make bead crafts that can be sold. I'll also be doing some community project work including constructing important community facilities to improve the quality of life of the local people.

Hopefully I'll get to see some amazing wildlife on safari and explore some fantastic environments.

The trip is arranged by Camps International who arrange various expeditions for schools worldwide.
