Lucas Versus Cancer

My name is Lucas Da Silva, in April I was just an art student studying animation at the Maryland Institute College of Art when I was hit with a sudden cancer diagnosis. Since then I’ve had to basically put my life on hold to take a medical withdrawal from school and work to focus on treatment.

It’s be a couple months now bills from the hospital are starting to pile up and it’s putting a lot of financial and emotional strain on my family. Any help that would let my family and I focus on recover and not worry as much about money would be a really huge help during this really dire time in my life.

All I want to do is to get better so I get my life back on track and get back to learning, working, and making art.
