Lucia's Final Vet Bill

I was always dreading this day. When my father passed away, he left behind my beloved furbaby Lucia. She has helped me stay alive for the past two and a half years, but today [10/11] was her final day on this Earth.

It was pretty sudden. When I took her to MedVet, I had two options: try to get her back, or let her go peacefully. I had decided the latter because... honestly? I don't think I would've been able to give her the intense recovery care she would need.

My heart is empty, but it comforts me to know that she's with my father now.

Her emergency bill came out to around 650. I set the goal to 750 just in case there's any trouble between my bank and MedVet themselves. If we surpass this goal, any excess will be going to getting my car repaired so that I can return to work as soon as possible after the bereavement period ends.
