2024 Study Abroad in Spain

Hello!

My name is Lucia Rogel, and I am a sophomore International & Global Studies major and Environmental Science minor attending St. Mary's University in San Antonio, Texas. I have always wanted to study abroad during college and my goal now is to travel to Sevilla, Spain. This will be my first time on an international trip and I hope to participate in missionary work with the Catholic community in Sevilla. I want to explore a different culture, try new food, and take advantage of the history that Spain provides as well as take classes in politics, economics, and history.

Please support me in my new goal of raising $1,000 to cover program tuition and housing on this amazing study abroad trip!

Mi nombre es Lucia Rogel, y soy estudiante de segundo año de Estudios Internacionales y Globales, con especialización secundaria en Ciencias Ambientales, en la Universidad de St. Mary's en San Antonio, Texas. Siempre he deseado estudiar en el extranjero durante la universidad, y ahora mi meta es viajar a Sevilla, España. Será mi primera vez en un viaje internacional, y espero participar en trabajo misionero con la comunidad católica en Sevilla durante el programa. Quiero explorar una cultura diferente, probar nueva comida y aprovechar la historia que España ofrece.

Additional Info: I will be taking five (5) classes in political science, economics, and history as well as participating in missionary work with ISA Veritas Christian Study Abroad. During the program, I will be living with a Spanish family. ISA Veritas is offering two programs during the semester: Morocco ($960) and Portugal ($--) for an additional fee. This fee is not included in the funds that I'm trying to raise.
