Lucy Campbell's (Soups Campbell) vet bill

On Wednesday evening October 12, 2022 around 6:00pm a friend to all (Soups Campbell) who has had both of his legs amputated, was on his scooter walking his little dog Lucy at Donora Elementary School when his dog was attacked by another dog. The owner of the dog that attacked said that he would take care of everything, but instead he just put little Lucy on Soups' lap. The guy got in his vehicle & backed out of the parking lot without giving any information. Little Lucy has had multiple stitches & had to have surgery to have her front leg amputated because the dog had her by that leg swinging her around & the veterinarian says the leg could not have been saved. The owner of the dog that attacked is being described as a red haired guy that drives a small dark gray or black SUV & has a dog that is possibly a black & white pit.
