Lucy Ramos a caring and loving mother, sister, aunt and daughter passed away on January 8th, 2021 in Tijuana, Mexico. Due to complications with Covid-19, she was hospitalized for the past week, dealing with symptoms related to the virus. On the morning of the 8th we received news of her passing away with very few details being provided. Lucy was an amazing mother who will be remembered by her children, Nancy, George, Abraham and her youngest Lupita Ramos who is only 12 years old. Her sons George and Abraham live in California and her oldest daughter Nancy in Tijuana, Mexico along with her youngest daughter Lupita who lives next door to them. Unfortunately Nancy also has Covid-19 and cannot care for Lupita who tested negative to the virus this week. Since Lupita was born in Mexico and doesn't have dual citizenship, she can't live with the family in California. A couple family members who are taking Covid-19 precautions are going to Tijuana, Mexico to check on Lupita's well being and help her relocate to Nayarit, Mexico to live with her grandmother. Lucy and Lupita were two peas in a pod. She brought so much joy and happiness to Lucy. We as a family understand the hardships everyone is going through, specially during this pandemic. The amount we are asking for reflects the funeral expenses, hospital bill and Lupitas travel arrangements and transition to a new life. Any help at all is truly appreciated.
