It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Lucy Waitherero Njenga on 9th September 2024 after a long battle with illness. Lucy fought bravely and lived a life full of love and strength.

We, her family, are reaching out to friends, family, and well-wishers for financial support to bring Lucy's body from Canada back home to Kenya, where we will lay her to rest. We would like to raise $25,000 CAD to ensure she receives the dignified and heartfelt send-off she truly deserves.
