This picture with our father was on Christmas Day in 2019, just 6 months ago when we got together in a short, but very significant encounter, not imagining that three months later we would receive the heart-breaking news that no family member ever wants to hear: our father Luis Armando Flores had been diagnosed with Pancreatic Cancer.
He has lost over 70 pounds and has become weaker day by day, yet his doctors, his children, and the rest of the family, remain hopeful that the chemotherapy treatment will succeed in abating the tumor and prolonging his life. However, the occurrence of the COVID-19 pandemic puts a strain on our economic resources and limits the amount of time we can spend together—we need your help.
