Please help my sister Leticia Rodriguez during this tragedy we ask that family and friends donate if possible. Louie was only 16 yrs old during his passing. He was a bright, loving, and talented young man. He was loved by all his family and all who had the privilege to meet him.  He will be missed by all and we ask for all to pray that he rest in peace with our Lord.
