Luis from Rancho del Rey

Hi, my name is Susy and I am raising money for an 8 year old boy named Luis. He is from Monterrey, México and lives at an orphanage that my family and I have worked with my whole life, called Rancho del Rey. He has Fetal Alcoholic Syndrom, which affected his frenulum and has made it difficult for him to talk and pronounce words correctly. He is in need of a surgery and post-op rehabilitation.
