Hello my name is Diego Fulgencio, I’m raising money for my cousin Luis Fulgencio, 27 years young. He was always happy but had his down days like we all do. I grew up with him in Mexico when I was 5-6 years old. He was killed in Mexico for trying to protect his brothers. As we all may know living in Mexico is tough and is really hard to come up with money specially for a memorial which is really expensive even for us sometimes that we live in the U.S. Any help that I can get will be much appreciated by all my family.
