Luis Garcia Funeral Expenses

Donation protected
The Martial Arts Lost a Legendary Black Belt, Luis Garcia,  this past weekend. Luis was doing what he loved most when he served as the head referee of the fighting portion of the J. Pat Burleson Invitational Tournament this past Saturday. Later in the evening, Luis suffered a heart attack and did not survive. His Parents, Mr. Amado & Belia Garcia are now trying to make funeral arrangements, and find that it is an amount of money that is much more than they can currently afford. With urging from the Martial Arts Community, they agreed to allow the hundreds of Martial Artists, Friends, and family, to contribute to the Celebration of Life and Memorial Service, this Sunday in Houston Texas where Luis and his parents currently reside.

Luis is a 7th Degree Black Belt in Tae Kwon Do, a 3rd Degree in Bujinkan Taijutsu, and a Black Belt in Brazilian  Jiu-Jitsu. He worked as an instructor for some 30 years. He served as a Honorable  Martial Artist by devoting his time to teaching children, and adults the basic principles of Martial Arts, such as Discipline, Honor and Integrity . Luis' Legacy will live for decades as the talented & devoted Martial Artist that all Martial Artists can aspire to become.

Please Donate any amount of money that you wish, and please, no donation is too small.  ALL donations will go directly to his parents here in Houston Texas, to be used for Luis' funeral expenses and medical expenses.

The funeral service will be this coming Sunday, and details and times for the viewing and service are available on the Bradshaw-Carter Memorial & Funeral Services, located  at 1734 West Alabama St., Houston Texas 77098. The Funeral location is in the "River Oaks" area of Houston.

Luis would like for all friends and family to feel welcome to attend his celebration of life and memorial service, as he took great care of his special friendships in each aspect of his life.

The Garcia Family thanks you for your donation, and welcomes ALL of his family, friends, and fellow Martial Artists and their families to his celebration of his life and memorial service.
