Our hearts are broken and heavy as our adventurous and loving 18 year old nephew Luke DeLaMare passed away Wednesday evening Sept. 11, 2019 from Glioblastoma Grade 4 Brain Cancer. He fought a good fight through chemo, radiation, 4 brain surgeries and various other therapies over the last year. Never was a boy more eager to get outside and find adventure in life. He seized life and radiated enthusiasm. Luke naturally loved everyone regardless of their walk in life.
As friends have reached out and asked what they could do to help, we would love to help raise funds to help pay for funeral costs and outstanding medical bills. Any amount is appreciated. We are aiming to raise $30,000.
