Luke Heflin Fund Raiser

Dear friends and family,

I am reaching out on behalf of our son Luke. As many of you know, Luke has been actively pursuing his Surfing & Waterman career since age 12. He has recently been diagnosed with a Traumatic Brain Injury after suffering multiple severe concussions in recent years. The complicated symptoms he has been experiencing have affected not only his health & well-being, but also his career & personal life. We are asking for your support in raising funds for his treatment at the specialized Amen brain clinic in Orange County, California. The Amen clinic specializes in innovative brain-body approaches to diagnosis and treatment planning for various emotional, behavioral, learning, and cognitive issues. He has begun treatment there, but this treatment is not covered by insurance, and there is a lot of work ahead of us to be done.

We realize that times are hard for almost all of us right now, but if you can help, even a little, we would be so grateful as every dollar counts and will go so far in helping Luke to continue receiving the treatment and support he needs.
