LUNDBLADE FAMILY

Saying it’s been a tough end of the year for Matt and his family would be an absolute understatement. Just a few weeks ago Matt was out of work due to a back injury and had to have major surgery with a lengthy recovery time. Several weeks later Matt landed in the operating room once again, this time on his brain.
Matt and his son, Noah, were driving to the grocery store and were in a bad car accident. Noah walked away with just a minor bump on his head, thank god, but things were a little different for Matt. He was not necessarily injured from the car accident, but what was discovered as the cause is what has us here today asking for help. Matt had a seizure at the wheel. When he was at the hospital they did an MRI to diagnose the cause. A mass was found on his brain near his temporal lobe. The next day, doctors in Madison removed a portion of the mass for a biopsy. The results found that it was grade 4 astrocytoma, an aggressive cancerous tumor. Just a couple days after the diagnosis Matt went back to the operating room once again to have the rest of the tumor removed. The surgery went well but the news is still tough and there is a long road ahead for the Lundblade family as they start the journey of recovery.
Matt is going to begin chemotherapy and radiation treatments starting the week before Christmas. We ask that everyone prays as much as they can for the treatments to be successful and for Matt and his family as they endure these tough times emotionally, physically, and financially.
Any donations that could be made to their family would be so much appreciated. The last thing we want the family of 4, Matt, his wife Megan, and their 2 kids Brooke, and Noah, to worry about right now is financial obligations. Asking for financial support is never an easy ask, but any little bit will go a long way for this wonderful family. Matt has been struggling trying to receive disability benefits from his workplace even from the back surgery and has been out of work for with no pay for several weeks now. We want to see Matt, Megan and the kids have as good of a Christmas as they can with all that they are going through.
We all love you Matt, Megan, Brooke, and Noah!
KEEP PRAYING!!
