Dallas and Angie always wanted children, but it sure hasn't come easy. They were able to get pregnant a year and a half after they were married and 9 months later, they welcomed their son Gabe to the world. A few years later they had their first of eleven miscarriages over what would become a long, emotional and financially straining fertility journey filled with exams, tests, needles, procedures, ultrasounds, medications, etc.
They've tried Artificial Insemination, IVF (Invitro Fertilization) and even tried genetic testing on the final 5 blastocyst's. The first two blastocyst's didn't stick. When they were ready to try again, they found out it worked! One of the two stuck... they were Pregnant! Angie lost that baby at the end of the first trimester. Their last embryo didn't stick either. They felt defeated but determined to not give up hope yet.
Shortly after, they were blessed to welcome their beautiful little girl Remi through the gift of adoption. She has been such a light in all their lives and they are so blessed she came into their hearts when she did! A few years after Remi was born, they found another Fertility Specialist to help them with their fertility problems. He took more tests and performed more procedures and prescribed more medication to help them achieve their goal... a live birth. After all the failed Artificial Inseminations, failed IVF's, miscarriages, D & C's, their Doctor decided to try something invasive with Angie. A lot of shots and exams were involved. She was able to get pregnant three more times with this treatment but they couldn't stop her body from miscarrying.
Recent experiences have led the Lundquists to an amazing opportunity to adopt a beautiful little girl from the Marshall Islands. With past medical bills and adoption costs (past & present), any contribution will help. Thank you so much for donating to this wonderful family!
