Lungs for LIFE - Coach Kevin
Hello everyone! This is our friend Kevin Moreau. He is a life long resident from Lizella, Ga. Last year Kevin was diagnosed with Pulmonary Fibrosis. PF is a life threatening illness that attacks the lungs. His condition has progressed and is now at Emory in Atlanta awaiting a lung transplant. Kevin has been a friend to many and loves to tell jokes at his convenience store, Frenchies. Also, Kevin has served his community over the 20+ years by coaching baseball, umpiring and President of The Western Little League baseball association, as well as coach for the Lizella Lizards Baseball team. Through his passion for baseball and care for many kids whom he coached, many have gone on to play college baseball.
Kevin is married to Tracy Moreau of 27 years and they have 2 sons, Justin Freeman and Kevin Moreau, Jr.
Today, we come together to ask for prayer and donations to support Kevin and his family for the financial implications of this illness. Kevin will have an extended stay in the hospital and will have to be at the Mason House (Emory Facility) for at least 3 months. Any donations given will be to cover his housing, meals, post transplant medications and post transplant medical bills along with ongoing care.
So today if you want to do a good deed by giving to someone in need, let’s GIVE SOME DOUGH TO MOREAU!!!
