Mama Luz Funeral and Kate's Medical Procedure.

Hi, my name is Carolynn Tan

My wonderful Mother, Ma. Luz Puriño Caballes, has passed away in sleep morning of August 14th, 2023, 3:30 am. After being in the hospital following a fall, she caught pneumonia and was unable to fight the infection. My mom was feeling pain and discomfort waiting on the Hosptital antibiotics. Unfortunately, though I was not able to see my mother in time.

As for my younger sister Katherine Caballes (Kate), who has been the main caretaker of my mother for the last two decades needs a procedure and medication for a developed breast tumour. My sister has given so much care to my mom's day-to-day challenges, whilst her health worsened from lack of rest and recent weight loss. I wish to be able to help improve the conditions of my sister and support my family through these difficult times together.

My mother is a giver of love and grace to her brothers, sisters and children. Let us celebrate her existence which has blessed our lives.

Proceedings will go to the flight/ food expenses and will go to Kate's procedure and medical bills.
