Luz Rodriguez’s resting place

Luz Rodriguez, age 75, of Grandville, went to be with her Lord on Monday, May 29, 2023. Luz was a loving mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother. She enjoyed spending time with her family and opening her home to family and friends. Luz will be most remembered for her delicious baking and cooking. She was preceded in death by her husband, Andres Rodriguez Sr.; great-grandson, Geraldo Rodriguez Jr.; siblings, Carmen Velasquez, Manuel Velasquez, Climilda Camacho, Maria (Titi) Arroyo. She will be lovingly remembered by her children, Marisol Rodriguez, Andres Rodriguez Jr., Pastor Rodriguez and Miriam Mendez, Lisette Rodriguez-Villodas and Lino Villodas; 14 grandchildren; 25 great-grandchildren; siblings, Ana Arroyo, David Velasquez; and many nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held at 11 am on Thursday, June 8, 2023 at Matthysse Kuiper DeGraaf Funeral Home, 4145 Chicago Dr., Grandville. Burial at Resurrection Cemetery. Relatives and friends may meet the family on Thursday from 10-11 am prior to the service at the funeral home.
