Hi, my name is Monica and I am fundraising for a cause that is extremely important to me. In 2017, I experienced the darkest year of my life. I went through depression, anxiety, and suicidal ideation and if I didn't have the mental health support from professional therapists, family and friends--I wouldn't be alive.

I created the Love Yourself Foundation (501c3) to help people that are struggling in the exact same way I was. I wanted folks to realize that there truly is light at the end of the tunnel, that sometimes all it takes is asking for help and support. With rising mental health issues all over the world and more specifically, in Clark County and In Nevada, it is evident that more needs to be done to help bring resources to our community.

At LYF, we help people find their passion and purpose for living. Currently, we provide uplifting content on our blog, podcast, social media and create engaging workshop and events that empower the Las Vegas arts community. We have been able to do a lot with very little financial support, but we want to be able to offer even MORE to our community - that is where your help can make all the difference.
