Lyme Disease Treatments for Miranda and Melody

I am starting this GoFundMe for my friend, Miranda and her daughter Melody. Miranda was recently diagnosed with Late Stage Neurological Lyme Disease and at least one other tick-borne infection after years of declining health and constant new symptoms. She has seen numerous doctors, and specialists, has had constant tests, and procedures, and has been prescribed countless medications for the many symptoms that they had no answer to. So Miranda reached out to a well-renowned doctor who specializes in Lyme Disease and mystery illnesses, and she finally got an answer.

Unfortunately, due to Miranda being pregnant with her daughter shortly after the time of infection, Melody will need to undergo testing and most likely treatment as well. Miranda's primary doctor is unwilling to consult with the specialist so that Miranda can remain under her care and be able to use insurance so they will need to see the specialist directly which is going to be very costly. After finishing intake appointments she will have to do phone consults and follow-ups every two weeks with constant treatments over a long period, as well as getting Melody's testing done and a treatment plan.

Between Hurricane Ian and it causing her husband to lose work, Miranda having to miss work on the really bad, painful days, and their rent being drastically raised, they do not have the funds to get the care and treatments that they need.

If Miranda and Melody do not get treatment then their conditions are only going to get worse. Miranda's issues are becoming more severe the longer she goes without treatment. She is having heart issues, has developed a murmur, is having joint and bone pain, severe migraines, her weight keeps dropping, her vision is declining as well as her speech, she has constant chest pain, muscle weakness, and many other issues. This is why I am asking for your help. Please help us get Miranda and Melody the treatment that they need.
