Lyn Guess - help during chemotherapy

Hi, my name is Courtney and I am fundraising for my mom Lyn Guess, 76, long time resident of Evergreen who was recently diagnosed with stage 4 metastatic lung cancer.

She worked at the Safeway deli for many years and more recently at the Walgreens Off Bryant dr. She still works for a living and is currently working for Walgreens in Golden.

Recently she began chemotherapy and immunotherapy treatments. The first round of treatment began last week and will be every 3 weeks and the first round will be at least 4 treatments but could go longer. These treatments are aggressive and hard on anyone. She missed a few days of work with the first session so far and I am hoping with any help, that she can put all of her energy on treatment, rest and healing so she doesn’t have to worry if she can’t make it to work if she’s feeling bad. This way she can focus fully on her heath and happiness and kicking cancer in the ass !!

Any and all donations will go directly to her to supplement any loss of income to help with rent, cost of living, copays and other various needs she could run into during this difficult time.
