Support for Lyndsey Boswell Workman

High Point University alumni, friends & lacrosse community,

A few weeks ago our great friend and women’s lacrosse coach at HPU, Lyndsey Boswell Workman, was diagnosed with cancer. The news was incredibly hard to grasp for Lyndsey, her amazing family and anyone that knows her. If you are fortunate enough to know Lyndsey she is one of the toughest, most genuine and caring people to ever walk the planet. 

Lyndsey is not only an amazing lacrosse coach, but she is an amazing Mother, wife, and friend to so many people. While Lyndsey is in great hands with her current medical team (some of the top Doctors in the world), and we have all the faith she will be back to 100% very soon, she is going to need some prayers from all of us. 

As coaches, we gain many friends, and mentor so many amazing people on this path we have chosen, and the impact Lyndsey has had on so many is too numerous to mention in this note. 

As you can imagine with a family and a season getting started, this could get overwhelming quickly. As Lyndsey and her family face this cancer diagnosis and treatment, we ask that in lieu of gifts, meals and other offerings that you would please consider supporting this Go Fund Me. All of the donations raised will go directly to Lyndsey and her family.
