My name is Kathy. My mom Lynn passed away unexpectedly on Monday, September 12, 2022, from a massive heart attack. My mom spent the last year recovering from a stroke she had in January 2021. After having the stroke, it was found, through many hospital visits and extended stays, that her heart was only functioning at 15% and that her Kidneys were non-functioning. Between the Dialysis and her Heart function, her body deteriorated more quickly than anyone could have guessed. My mom was found on September 12th by my father, lying in bed unresponsive. Many people tried to save her and get her heart beating again, but she was already gone. My mom left behind five young granddaughters she loved more than anything else. We met with the Funeral Home today (September 13, 2022) and were met with expenses that are beyond our control. I am not a person who typically asks for help, but the costs for the Funeral and Burial Plots are more than my family is able to handle at this point in time. My mom and dad have been living with my husband and I while we raise our four girls, as they could not afford to live independently due to medical issues and the associated costs. I am not a person who typically asks for help, but these costs are more than my family is able to handle at this point. I am asking for help covering these expenses. Please help if you can; I want to be able to give my mom the Funeral she deserves. All money is going towards the Funeral expenses and Burial Plots. Thank you.
