Help Lynn With a Fresh Start

Hi, my name is Anat and I'm fundraising for my cousin Lynn Weiner.

Lynn has lost EVERYTHING. Everything she's ever owned -- ALL OF HER BELONGINGS -- including very cherished, personal and sentimental items were stolen in a recent move last week from Memphis to Chattanooga when she was scammed and robbed by her movers. The truck and all of its contents are missing.

While Lynn has done her due diligence, frozen accounts, filed police reports, and investigations have begun, she still needs to replace everything -- household furniture/ housewares, kitchen, bath, laundry, personal items, clothing, etc. which will be very costly, especially following the significant expenses she just incurred moving to a new city.

This was not the fresh start Lynn was hoping for. The ordeal has been overwhelming, devastating, and emotionally draining.

While Lynn feels very blessed to be starting a new job next week and to have the support of her sisters, she is uncomfortable asking for help. As you may know, Lynn is an Operating Room Nurse so she's in the business of giving, helping, and caring for others. For many who give, it can be difficult to receive and accept help.

Lynn is mainly concerned that her 3 beloved pets (2 dogs and a cat) don’t have what they need: dog crates, medications, and bedding. But, the truth is, Lynn needs so much more-- all the essentials that make a home a home, including clothing and personal items she'll need for work and day-to-day.

So, rather than add to Lynn's already overwhelming burden by asking her to itemize everything she'll need to replace, I'm hoping we -- Lynn's friends and family who may not live close enough to hop in a car to offer a shoulder and deliver replacement items -- can send her some emergency relief funds to ease some of her immediate burdens and to help her recover. A virtual hug if you will.

Lynn starts her new job next Monday, so she has a short time to get ready.
