Lynn McDonald's Cancer Fund

Hello, My name is Greg McDonald and I'm humbly asking for your help to get us through the next 3 months while my wife Lynn fights cancer.
But first let me tell you our story. God truly meant for us to be together. When we were small (like 5-6 years old) Lynn's grandmother bought a house from my grandmother. Then a few years later my dad became Lynn's dad's mailman. A few years after that we met again while teenagers. That was when I fell in love (the first time I laid eyes on her). We dated a bit in high school but then went our seperate ways. Years later we ran into each other at a local convienence store. We exchanged phone numbers and began once again to date. This lead to a marraige of 15 years. Now we are in present time. On May 7, 2016 Lynn was found to have lung cancer that had spread to creat a large mass in her chest. Since then Lynn has spent many, many days in the hospital with complications from the cancer and treatments which include radiation and chemo simotaniousily.
I had worked as a local paramedic and flight medic for nearly 20 years. In 2012 I was diagnosed with a debilitating back disease which has kept me from working. I had held onto the possibility that I might return to work and went back to college until 2015. Up until then I had not applied for any social security disability funds. I have now applied but the process is long. Lynn has worked as a nurse's aid and attended college up until she was unable to continue in April of 2016 due to pain in her chest and shoulder. It was this pain that led to the discovery of her cancer. The family has had no income since April. Our immediate family have been helping as they could but it's not enough to keep the houshold going.
The McDonald household consists of Myself and Lynn, our son Lee (17yo), and Lynn's three nephews Jordan (15yo), Zach (11yo), and Isaiah (6yo). Greg and Lynn have had custody of the nephews for a little over 1 year. Bringing them into the home has also lead to a bit of financial hardship. But to see the changes the children have made in the last year makes it all worth it. We also have a daughter Beth (22yo) who is married to Robert. They have a 2 year old name Trevor.
We are asking for your help to pay our monthly bills, travel expenses, and living expenses. The $7,500 breaks down to about $1,500 in monthly bills, $500 in travel expense, and then $500 for living expenses for three months. This will get us through the treatments and then back on our feet. We need help immediately as monthly bills are coming due in a week or so.
Believe me when I say how much we hate to ask for help. We know everyone has there own struggles in life and we don't want to be a burden to anyone. But we do need some help. We are so appreciative to God for allowing us to make it this far. We know that with God's continued blessing and your finacial support we can beat Lynn's cancer. We appreciate any help you can give us, no matter how small or large.
