We are planning to celebrate the beautiful life of our dear friend Victoria Lyssy on Saturday June 6 with a Memorial WOD & Fundraiser. Saturday’s, along with team workouts, were something Lyssy enjoyed doing. We hope to make this a day of life, love and laughter and one to truly embody and celebrate the special smile, light and life of Lyssy. We welcome all of our friends throughout the CrossFit Community to join us on June 6 in the “Lifting for Lyssy Team WOD.” Anyone is welcome and encouraged to join us at Lyssy’s second home BTXCF. We will have two class times 830am and 10am. We would love to make this a great lively event! We also welcome other CrossFit gyms to host the WOD in your own box the same day, take pictures and tag us! We want to spread this far and wide and hope that boxes across the country will participate to honor this beautiful wife to Chris Lyssy and to two beautiful boys Patton and Hayden.
There’s no cost to join us; we just ask that all participants make a donation! Donations can be made day of the event (cash or check) at BTXCF or our GoFundMe page. No donation is too small or too large, any amount is appreciated.
