M10 Mission to Mexico 2025

Hello, my name is Florence. I am 16 years old and I am fundraising to travel to Ensenada, Mexico, for 10 days, where I will help build a house for a homeless family, support rehabilitation centres and orphanages, and hopefully make a positive impact on the local community. This volunteering mission will allow for a family to build a better life and future, and offers me a rare opportunity to further my understanding of the real life impacts of extreme poverty by witnessing it first hand.
The fundraising will not only cover the costs of this mission, but also fund the M10 charity to continue to support young people in poverty. The mission will take place in the summer of 2025 and I, alongside a group of other youth volunteers, am currently training for this expedition. Any donations you can make to this cause will be gratefully received, thank you.
In total I have to raise £2980 and to do this I plan on undertaking a sponsored reading of the Complete Works of William Shakespeare and organising clothing and bake sales.
M10 is a registered charity (1156107) in England and Wales and is regulated by The Charity Commission. It is governed by a Board of Trustees and operates under the leadership of its CEO Stephen Riley.
