Ethan Strong!
Donation protected
As you may know, Ethan was diagnosed with Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia last November. There were a lot of treatments and different treatments and different treatments still to get him into remission that would enable him to get a bone marrow transplant to cure him. On September 1, 2023, he received that transplant. Unfortunately, bone marrow transplants themselves are not without risk and Ethan fell victim to one of those risks, which ultimately ended his life on September 27, 2023. As you can imagine, Ethan's family is heartbroken and devastated.
The family is planning a Celebration of Ethan from 6 pm - 9 pm on Wednesday, October 11 at Huntington Park in Columbus, Ohio. Huntington Park is the home of the AAA Cleveland Guardians affiliates the Columbus Clippers. Ethan was so excited to finally live somewhere with a baseball team and we were season ticket holders until he started law school. We spent many happy evenings there doing things he loved.
There will be heavy appetizers; beer, wine and non-alcoholic beverages; and a microphone into which we ask those who knew him and loved him to share your stories of him with us all.
Parking is available in the lot by home plate ($8 per car, credit card only) and there will be signage/people directing you to the Tansky Club where the event will take place.
Please consider donating to Ethan's family during this difficult time.
