Urgent Help for Health and Financial Crisis

My friends, since my retirement in 2016, I have had a variety of threatening health issues, among them A-Fib, heart attack, IBS-C, and kidney failure. My Diocesan pension, which I used to supplement my Social Security pension, has now been exhausted. I have used my credit to survive. I am now at the point in my life where I can no longer work and, sadly, I can't pay my bills. I need help to avoid lawyers and lawsuits. It embarrasses me to think I would ever be in this situation. I have been frugal and careful all of my life, but now I need help. I have nowhere else to turn but to my friends. I am sorry to ask for help. I am profoundly grateful for anything you can do.
