Pray For Safvet
Donation protected
Like a quake, Safvet's cardiac arrest hit our community in it's core. A bright 6'1" Corona Del Mar High School athlete fell victim to a sudden illness while at home. Fortunately, his mother a nurse by profession was close by and was able to apply CPR until the EMS Team arrived. Safvet's heart was stopped for nearly an hour. Once revived brain seizures began to occur. Safvet was then placed into a medically induced coma to control this involuntary function. While being monitored, and now in the third day, these events are continuing and we are in the hope they'll stop. Doctor's remain optomistic and so are we. We continually pray for his fast and full recovery, but there's the assumption of present and future therapy and rehab in the forecast.
Safvet's family and friends are keeping their fingers crossed and anticipating that he will wake up from his coma and all brain functions are fully intact. This hopefull outcome won't be known for days.
Those who share our thoughts and prayers for Safvet's full recovery are invited to share our love for him and help support his cause and costs.
The Besen Family.
