Help Evee!

This is my whole heart! Her name is Evee and she's a Maltipoo.  Last night she decided she really thought she was a cat or a bird or something. She hopped off the back of the couch and broke her front left leg. 2 months ago she broke her back right hip while playing with the other dogs. She’s just a baby, and she needs surgery, unfortunately we cannot come up with the funds to fix her. The humane society said all they could do was euthanize her. In list and just want my baby to be good again. This is our last hope and I’m praying that we can get her what she needs. Thank you for taking the time to read, and if we can get her back to her little rambunctious self, I will make sure to update you. 
Update: Evee stills does not have enough for the surgery, but we have been talking to the vet and the orthopedic surgeon. Looking at possible amputation, but the good news is, we don’t have to put her down and that was the only option the humane society gave us. So there is still hope! Thank you for all your support!
